    The Gloucester County Division of Human and Disability Services is an Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC) agency helping to connect people with disabilities between the ages of 18 to 59 years old with the services they need to achieve and maintain independent living in the community.

    The Gloucester County Department of Health protects our residents through disease surveillance, investigation, and management of more than 50 reportable diseases.

Mobile Health Outreach Vans


The Health Department is excited about bringing our services to our residents. Using two mobile health outreach vans, we will deliver a variety of services such as health screenings, health education, and vaccinations.  These mobile vans improve access to our essential services in the community; as we strive for “Building a Healthier Gloucester County”.  Watch for us in the community!
