The Gloucester County Division of Human and Disability Services is an Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC) agency helping to connect people with disabilities between the ages of 18 to 59 years old with the services they need to achieve and maintain independent living in the community.

Mobile Health Outreach Vans
The Health Department is excited about bringing our services to our residents. Using two new mobile health outreach vans, we will deliver a variety of services such as health screenings, health education, harm reduction, and vaccinations. These mobile vans will improve access to our essential services in the community; as we strive for “Building a Healthier Gloucester County”. Watch for us in the community!
