West Deptford:  The inspection process for West Deptford is complete. The assessor's office is reviewing the inspection data and recent sales data in an effort to determine the new market values.  A notice of the proposed new preliminary assessment to be implemented for tax year 2026 is expected to be mailed to property owners, November-December.  This notice includes information on how to schedule an informal meeting if you are in disagreement with the proposed new value.
