Unofficial Election Periodic Reporting
P.L.2023, c.131, amending N.J.S.A. 19:52-3.1, requires periodic reporting of election results beginning on Election Day for each primary and general election through final certification of the election results providing added transparency in reported election results.

Notice
Election results are reported in a manner that maintains the privacy of the vote. Therefore, the results reported for some individual districts reflect measures that protect the privacy of the vote. The general tally accurately reflects the results. The reports for those individual districts are not subject to disclosure under the provisions of P.L.1963, c.73 (C.47:1A-1 et seq.), the open public records act.
