(Sewell, NJ)—Any individual who received their first dose at the Gloucester County Mega Vaccination Site will be accommodated for their second dose at the site.
Moderna
All individuals who received a Moderna vaccine at the Gloucester County Mega Vaccination Site should have already been contacted to schedule their second dose of the Moderna vaccine.
If you have not received any communications regarding your second dose of the Moderna vaccine, please reach out to the Gloucester County COVID-19 Hotline at 856-218-4142.
Pfizer
Many individuals have received appointment times from the State of New Jersey via email. The email would have included a date, time and QR code for your second dose. The QR code will be at the very bottom of the email.
If you did not receive an email from the State regarding our Pfizer second dose, please report to the Gloucester County Mega Vaccination Site on the date on the back of your CDC card between 2-6 p.m. Your appointment will be honored.
You MUST bring your CDC card to receive your second dose.
At this time, we are only guaranteeing second doses to individuals who received their first dose at Gloucester County Mega Vaccination Site.

Moving forward, all individuals who leave the Mega Site will receive an appointment to return for their second dose with our back up system database. You may still receive an email from the State Registration system but we do not want to leave that to chance.
The New Jersey Vaccination Call Center is open to pre-register individuals, answer questions, and provide contact information for sites. Due to the recent snow storm, the State’s call center is not currently scheduling appointments until the storm's impact is assessed. To reach the Vaccination Call Center dial 855-568-0545.
