(Clayton, NJ) - The Gloucester County Certified Gardener’s Annual Garden Expo and Plant Sale will be held on Saturday, May 7, at the Scotland Run Park from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Director Frank J. DiMarco said, “The expo is a great place for gardeners of every level. The workshops are a great way to learn new tricks of the trade while finding new plants to bring home.”
Freeholder Jim Jefferson, Liaison to the Department of Parks, said, “Flowers and plants make great Mother’s Day gifts, and with Mother’s Day on May 8, the expo is a great place for last minute shoppers to pick up something beautiful. Proceeds from the plant sale will go back into our community and support Certified Gardener projects throughout the county.”
A large assortment of heirloom tomatoes, native plants and butterfly favorites will be available.
