[ARCHIVED] Best of Gloucester County voting now through July 29

2022 Best of GC logo-26th Anniversary

(Gloucester County, NJ)—With more than 100 business categories to choose from, Gloucester County residents can vote for their favorite diner, pharmacy, food store, fitness center and more as part of this year’s Best of Gloucester County contest, according to Deputy Director Heather Simmons, Liaison to Economic Development.
 
The Best of Gloucester County contest runs through July 29 and will culminate with an awards ceremony at a location to be determined.
 
Director Frank J. DiMarco said, “The Best of Gloucester County contest is very exciting for our small businesses to participate in. The good-natured competition allows businesses to claim bragging rights for the next 365 days as the best of the county. The annual contest is designed to promote small businesses in the community and has traditionally brought in thousands of ballots.”

The Gloucester County Board of Commissioners, NJ Advance Media, the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce and TD Bank partner to sponsor this event.


“This event celebrates our small businesses, which are the backbone of our local economy. This annual competition is great way for our local businesses to promote themselves among their clients and customers. Winners receive special pricing on advertising offers and proclamations stating that they have been voted Best of Gloucester County,” said Deputy Director Simmons. 


Your ballot may be submitted online at www.gcbestof.com or mailed to the Gloucester County Department of Economic Development, 1480 Tanyard Rd. Sewell, NJ 08080. Paper ballots can be found in The South Jersey Times Monday, Wednesday and Friday editions.
