[ARCHIVED] Gloucester County Mega Vaccination Site begins vaccinating individuals 12 and over

RCSJ Mega Site

(Sewell, NJ)—Commissioner Robert M. Damminger announces the Gloucester County Mega Site is now vaccinating individuals 12 years old and over.

Individuals 12 and older are eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine at the Gloucester County Mega Site under guidance from CDC and New Jersey Department of Health. 

Individuals 12-17 years of age should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and/or bring a legibly signed copy of the COVID-19 Vaccine Consent Form

You must bring proof of birth date such as birth certificate.

Parents or legal guardian must fill out the form on behalf of the minor. Parents must provide legible signature and phone number. If they are not present at the time of vaccination, they will be called by a nurse at the Gloucester County Mega Vaccination Site. 

In order to receive the COVID-19 vaccination at the Gloucester County Mega Site, you must live, work or study in New Jersey. The Gloucester County Mega Site is now accepting walk-ins- no appointments are necessary. 

The Gloucester County Mega Site is located at 1400 Tanyard Rd. Sewell, NJ 08080. The site is open 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The mega site will be operating on a revised schedule through May. (All other days open from 8am-12pm and 2pm-6pm):

  • Sunday, May 16- CLOSED
  • Monday, May 17- CLOSED
  • Sunday, May 23- CLOSED
  • Monday, May 24- CLOSED
  • Friday, May 28- Open 8 a.m.– 12 p.m.
  • Saturday, May 29- CLOSED
  • Sunday, May 30- CLOSED
  • Monday, May 31- CLOSED
