Family Fun Shows
Children and families are invited to sing-a-long, dance-a-long and have fun! FREE shows last approximately 45 minutes. ALL SHOWS BEGIN AT 10:30AM unless otherwise stated.

Nature Tots
Join us as we explore a wide variety of nature topics from snakes to plant life. These lessons are free and include a related craft. Lessons will be held every other Tuesday from January through March and September through November at 9:30am and 11:00am. Due to limited space pre-registration is required.

Nature at Night
Nature at Night is the newest program at Scotland Run Park, held on a Thursday night, once a month, from 7-8pm. Nature at Night is like a nature special that the public can come to! There will be presentations full of beautiful images as well as real animals on display. This program is free but due to limited space registration is required. Nature Discovery Walks
Dr. Dan Duran leads nature walks on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month in April and May. Join us as we explore the trails around the Nature Center and discover all kinds of animals, including birds, frogs, insects and more. We will also explore the native plant vegetation of the park, and how all of these species fit into the larger ecosystem. This program is free to the public. Adults and children are welcome! Spring Paddles
The Scotland Run Park Nature Center offers guided canoe and kayak tours. Come and explore beautiful Wilson Lake and the many wonders it has to offer. Both canoes and kayaks are available. In order to participate in the event you must be able to operate a canoe or a kayak. Due to the limited amount of boats registration is required. This program is free to the public.
