Gloucester County Upcoming Events


Gloucester County Board of Commissioners and Department of Parks and Recreation are celebrating summer with events through the month of July.

“Free concerts, fun shows, movies and more are on the horizon so breakout your calendar and come out and enjoy,” said Commissioner Director Robert M. Damminger. “We have events for the whole family, so check out the listing below and we’ll see you there!”

Moth Night

Saturday, July 17 at 8 p.m. to 12 p.m.
Scotland Run Park
980 E. Academy St, Clayton
Come take part in our annual Moth Night at Scotland Run Park where we showcase the beauty and diversity of our local moths, many of which rival butterflies in attractiveness! The event will be posted to the Gloucester County website and on the Scotland Run Park Facebook page. Members of the public will learn about how to attract and identify moths at their own houses/yards! Participants can send in their finds to the Facebook page, as well.


Disability Employment Fair

Friday, July 30 at 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Rowan College of South Jersey- Gymnasium

On Friday, July 30, the Gloucester County Board of Commissioners will sponsor their annual Disability Employment Job Fair and Resource Event from 9 a.m. to noon at Rowan College of South Jersey’s Gymnasium 1400 Tanyard Rd., Sewell 08080. Learn more here.
