Parke Bank Presents Gloucester County with $10,000 for Summer Concerts
(Woodbury, NJ) - The Gloucester County Summer Concerts and programs are in full swing thanks in part to a donation of $10,000 by Parke Bank to the Gloucester County Department of Parks and Recreation.
Freeholder Director Stephen M. Sweeney and Freeholder Frank J. DiMarco accepted the donation from Parke Bank today. The "big" check was delivered by Parke Banks' Manager Debbie Miller, Assistant Manager Danielle Sidoti, and Commercial Lender Eve Snyder.
"Parke Bank has been the largest corporate donor of the Gloucester County Parks programming for two years in a row and on behalf of the citizens of the county we are grateful for their support and partnership," said Freeholder Director Sweeney. "Their generous support has allowed the county to add a new Singer/Songwriter Concert Series to our programming this year and to expand upon our existing Sunday concerts," Director Sweeney noted.
Gloucester County and Parke Bank will present the following remaining Tuesday Twilight Singer/Songerwriter performances: On July 10th Robert Hazard will perform with Gina Scipione, on July 24th Johnny A with Billy Corbett and on August 7th its Lauren Hart with Mutlu. All shows begin at 7 pm at James G. Atkinson Memorial Park in Sewell.
Freeholder Frank J. DiMarco said, "In addition to the new Singer/Songwriter series, we still have six more Sunday night concerts that will be performed between Atkinson Memorial Park and Washington Lake Park. There are is always something great taking place in our parks and we thank Parke Bank for their community support in helping us bring quality entertainment to the families of Gloucester County.
