MEDIA ADVISORY/PHOTO OPPORTUNITY County Veterans Day Ceremony & Wall of Heroes Unveiling

WHAT:

The Gloucester County Board of Chosen Freeholders will hold its Annual Veterans Day Ceremony and unveil the Wall of Heroes.  The Wall of Heroes is a tribute that features the likeness of county veterans who gave their lives in service to our country.
The first section of the Wall of Heroes to be unveiled this year represents 100 veterans who gave the ultimate sacrifice and range from the Civil War, World War I, World War II, Vietnam, Korea and Iraq. 

WHEN: Thursday, November 11, 2010  1 pm
WHERE: Gloucester County Justice Complex, 70 Hunter Street, Woodbury, NJ (park in garage and use the new entrance)

Semper Fidelis Detachment of the Marine Corps League
Tony Halas, Commander, Gloucester County Veterans Advisory Council
Dennis Clowney, Co-Chair, Wall of Heroes Working Group
Approximately 120 Veterans, and family, friends and members of the community who supplied the photos of those lost for the artists renditions to be completed for the Wall of Heroes
