Meet the Artists & Unveiling of New Mural at Bankbridge Development Center (Autism School)

WHAT:

Gloucester County Freeholders will hold a brief ceremony to publicly show the new murals that have been completed at Bankbridge Development Center.  The murals have been added to the schools’ hallway by the County, which funds a project to beautify county buildings each year.

Both artists, Idilia Venti and Paris Stancell who have worked together on the Poetry Mural on Girard Avenue and 16th Street, have extensive backgrounds in their field.  Idilia Venti is an illustrator from Philadelphia who has done work for Banana Republic and Nautica who has done murals for the Philadelphia Mural Arts Program. Parris Stancell also from Philadelphia has done over a dozen murals for the Philadelphia Mural Arts Program since 1991 in particular the mural at 52nd and Master Streets (Philadelphia) titled “The Three Graces: Community, Spirituality and Tragedy”.
