Senior Citizen Picnic Tickets Still Available

(Woodbury, NJ) – Gloucester County Freeholder Director Stephen M. Sweeney and Freeholder Helene M. Reed said that tickets for the Annual Senior Citizen Picnic are still available.  This year’s picnic will be held at the Red Bank Battlefield, National Park on September 12th from 11:00AM to 3:00PM.   A Buffet lunch will be served at 12:00 noon.

Tickets are available at Gloucester County Division of Senior Services, 211 County House Road, Sewell, or at the satellite office at the Budd Boulevard Complex, in West Deptford. Tickets are $2.00 per person.  The offices are open from 8:30 AM – 4 PM

“This year’s picnic theme is Circus! Circus!” stated Freeholder Director Sweeney.  “The Division of Senior Services has organized a great day with a lot of entertainment and fun, and there is still time to get your tickets,” Sweeney said.

Freeholder Helene M. Reed, liaison to the Department of Health and Senior Services said, “Our Senior Services staff and all of the county departments that participate in this event go out of their way to make an extra special day for our senior citizens with dancing, food and entertainment and a good time is always had by all.”
