Lamatek celebrates 35 years by inviting GCIT students to learn behind the scenes

(West Deptford, NJ) Lamatek welcomed students from GCIT into their facility on Friday, Oct. 5 in honor of "Manufacturing Day," an opportunity for manufacturers to open their doors and show off what manufacturing is and what manufacturing is not.

Freeholder Simmons, Liaison to the Department of Economic Development said, "Manufacturing Day provides a great way for manufacturing businesses to connect with the students and show them exactly what goes into manufacturing products like foam and rubber tapes, weather stripping tapes, gaskets, packaging and other products."

Freeholder Simmons presented Lamatek with a proclamation honoring them on their 35th anniversary in business.
