(CLAYTON) - Gloucester County Freeholder Director Stephen M. Sweeney and Freeholder Frank DiMarco announced today that the 8th Annual Gloucester County Water Fest will be held on Sunday, June 5, at Scotland Run Park from 11 AM to 4 PM.
"The Water Fest focuses on nature and it is a wonderful way for residents of all ages to learn about our environment and what we can do to preserve its beauty," said Freeholder Director Sweeney.
Water Fest offers several enjoyable and educational programs including the Raptor Project which will be lead by expert, Jonathan Woods, and features many live birds such as owls, eagles, and falcons. Sweeney said, "The Raptor Project is a great program where the audience gets to see these amazing birds in action and learn about their experiences in the wild. We are fortunate to have these tremendous programs at our event."
