Scotland Run Park Nature Center offers events through the holidays

(Clayton, NJ) – The Scotland Run Park Nature Center will hold several events in December and January announced Freeholder Director Robert M. Damminger and Freeholder Frank J. DiMarco.

Freeholder Director Damminger said, "The cold weather does not have to keep our residents from enjoying nature. There is always something to see or learn at the Nature Center."

Freeholder DiMarco, Liaison to the Dept. of Parks and Recreation, said that workshops and nature events would be held throughout the winter months.

DiMarco said, “Some people really enjoy the cold weather and for those who are ready to bundle up, there are bird walks, eco tours and the popular Nature Tots program.”

The below programs are free and held at the Scotland Run Park Nature Center, 980 E. Academy St., Clayton.   Registration is required by calling (856) 881-0845.
