Gloucester County Libraries offer array of free programs for adults

(Mullica Hill, NJ) -- Thinking about taking yoga but not sure where to begin? Have you dreamed of becoming a writer? Want to learn about meditation or join a book club? The Gloucester County Library System (GCLS) is offering courses on all these topics and more throughout September.

Freeholder Lyman Barnes, Liaison to the Gloucester County Library System, said, “Our libraries are literally the center of many communities. GCLS does an amazing job at offering residents different types of free classes to help improve our residents lives, either through learning, career building or recreation.”

Barnes said, “The programs offered this month throughout the county library system include yoga, book clubs, writers workshops, resume writing, and crafting. There are dozens of free classes that can help residents learn new skills, or just enjoy an hour to two out of the house to meet new people.”
