County Freeholder honors six Paulsboro High Art Students who won $5,000

(Paulsboro, NJ) –Gloucester County Freeholder Jim Jefferson honored six Paulsboro High School art students who won the grand prize of $5,000 by participating in Evergreen's Packaging's Made My Milk Carton Construction Contest.  The six senior art students, along with their teacher Margaret LaDue, repurposed 274 milk cartons to create a serpent creature.
