Classes to be held at the James and Ann Whitall House
(National Park, NJ)--Freeholder Director Robert M. Damminger and Freeholder Frank J. DiMarco announced that the Gloucester County Certified Gardeners and the Whitall House Volunteers offer a variety of classes on gardening and early American crafts.
Director Damminger said, "This is a great opportunity to experience County history while learning a new craft."
DiMarco, Liaison to the Office of Land Preservation, added, “The classes are a great learning experience for all ages.”
The classes are held once a month on Saturday mornings from 10 am-12 noon at the James and Ann Whitall House located at the Red Bank Battlefield, 100 Hessian Avenue, National Park, NJ. There is a small fee for each class to cover the cost of materials and supplies.
Classes will continue monthly through June, 2016.
