No cost Flu Shot program available to Gloucester County residents
September 19, 2019  (Woodbury, NJ) – The Gloucester County Department of Health is preparing to provide county residents with no cost flu shots beginning Wednesday, Oct. 2.  Freeholder Director Robert M. Damminger and Freeholder Jim Jefferson, Liaison to the Department of Health, advise residents to make sure to check their mailboxes for the full schedule of flu shots and their locations in the county's newsletter.

2,500 Seniors Enjoy Picnic at Red Bank Battlefield

RCSJ breaks ground on “EDS, MEDS & COMMERCE” project
September 13, 2019  Deptford Twp. – Rowan College of South Jersey (RCSJ), together with Rowan University and the Gloucester County Board of Chosen Freeholders, celebrated the groundbreaking of two new construction sites on the Gloucester campus Friday, Sept. 13, unveiling plans for the Rowan Medicine Center and the Economic Development Center.

Gloucester County Animal Shelter's Annual Open House on Saturday, September 21
September 11, 2019  (Clayton, NJ) - The Gloucester County Animal Shelter (GCAS) will hold their annual Open House on Saturday, Sept. 21 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.  The celebration will include refreshments, music, face painting and a balloon artist for the kids.  The public can also view the new 2,400 square foot Animal Control Triage Wing during the Open House.
