Food Vendors (Temporary Events)

A temporary food establishment operates for no more than 14 consecutive days in conjunction with a single event or celebration. If you serve food to the public, you are required by state law to have an approval from the local health department prior to operating. It does not matter if the food is sold or given away, you must have an approval.
