The Gloucester County Emergency Medical Service is the first county based EMS in the state of New Jersey, established September 30, 2007. We are a dedicated organization comprised of professionals with the highest standards for quality and excellence. We are committed to providing dependable, professional emergency medical service to all residents and visitors of Gloucester County.
We currently have a fleet of 35 ambulances and multiple support vehicles. We have 250 dedicated staff members responding from sixteen EMS stations. Our crews operate on a 24 hour 7 days a week basis with power shifts from ,0800-2000 hours.
Clayton, Glassboro, Pitman, Mantua Twp., Elk Twp., Logan Twp., West Deptford Twp., Paulsboro, Swedesboro, East Greenwich Twp., Woolwich Twp.,and National Park, Greenwich Twp., Harrison Twp., South Harrison Twp., the City of Woodbury, Borough of Wenonah, Franklin Twp, Newfield Boro, Woodbury Heights, Westville and Deptford Township
