Primary Ballot Drawing Moved
to Monday April 17, 2017
According to NJSA 19:23-24, the upcoming drawing for ballot position for the 2017 Primary Election falls on April 14, 2017 which is Good Friday, a legal holiday observed by State and local government offices.
The Gloucester County Clerk will hold the ballot drawing for the 2017 Primary Election at 3 p.m. on the following business day, Monday, April 17th. This is in accordance with NJSA 19:11 which allows for such exceptions.

Important Passport Notice - The Department of State Has Changed Passport Requirements
Effective January 9, 2017, the Department of State is requiring all customers applying for a passport using form DS-11 to submit a clear copy of their citizenship evidence in addition to their original or certified copy of U.S. citizenship. Gloucester County Foreclosure Prevention Assistance Program
During these tough economic times, The County Clerk’s Office is proud to offer a free program to help Gloucester County residents keep their homes. It is the goal of the Foreclosure Prevention Assistance Program to provide help and support to consumers who are experiencing difficulty meeting their monthly mortgage obligations. This program provides assistance in negotiating modifications to existing mortgage loans and provides critical information for homeowners to avoid foreclosure.
