NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FROM QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS AND FIRMS TO PROVIDE ACTUARY SERVICES FOR THE NEW JERSEY COUNTIES EXCESS JOINT INSURANCE FUND.

Completed proposals must be delivered to Mr. Peter Mercanti, Gloucester County Purchasing Director

at the Gloucester County Purchasing Department, One North Broad Street, Woodbury, NJ 08096, by no later than 10:00AM on March 23, 2010 to be considered.

This proposal is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A.

19:44A-20.4 et seq., (the New Jersey Campaign Contributions and Expenditures Reporting Act.)
