NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR UNDERWRITER FOR THE NEW JERSEY COUNTIES EXCESS JOINT INSURANCE FUND.

Completed proposals must be delivered to Mr. Mercanti at the Gloucester County Purchasing Department, One North Broad Street, Woodbury, NJ 08096, by no later than 10:00am on

fMarch 17, 2010 to be considered.

This proposal is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A.

19:44A-20.4 et seq., (the New Jersey Campaign Contributions and Expenditures Reporting Act.)
