The DWD is a federal and state-funded jobs program offering job training to qualified applicants.
The DWD is a cooperation effort between the government and private sectors to provide employment related services to individuals who meet the program’s eligibility requirements.
The DWD is administered by the New Jersey Department of Labor and the Gloucester County Board of Chosen Freeholders.

Classroom training is provided in a wide range of fields customized to meet current job needs. If you need a skill that is in demand, we can help you obtain it.
DWD offer on-the-job-training opportunities in selected businesses. You can learn new skills while earning money.

- Educational and Aptitude Testing
- Tuition Waivers
The DWD Provides financial assistance to individuals who are unemployed, underemployed, economically disadvantaged or who have become displaced. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for services without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, disability, national origin, political affiliation or belief.
